Fee-free mortgage advice — we're paid by the lender, never by you. How that works →

Our new-look website is live

If the site looks different today, that is because it is. We have rebuilt quickmortgages.com from the ground up — every page, every image, every line of code — and it went live this morning.

Nothing about the advice has changed. Same advisers, same phone number, same promise that you will never pay us a penny. What has changed is how quickly you can find what you came for.

Rates you can look at yourself

The biggest change is that you no longer have to ring us to see what is out there. Today’s rates shows what lenders are actually advertising, updated daily, including the reversion rate each deal falls onto when the initial period ends — the number that decides what a mortgage really costs and the one most comparison tables leave out.

If you would rather narrow things down yourself, the mortgage filter searches the full panel by property value, loan size, term and rate type. It is the same data our advisers work from.

These are advertised rates, not quotations. What you can actually borrow depends on your income, your credit history and the property itself. But you should be able to see the shape of the market without speaking to anyone first, and now you can.

Straight answers, organised properly

Everything we do now sits under Services, one page per job: buying, remortgaging, first-time buyers, buy to let, specialist lending and the rest. Each one says plainly what happens, in what order, and what it costs. Which is nothing.

We have also written up the parts of what we do that were hard to find before — our work with the police service, Forces Help to Buy, and Own New for buyers of new-build homes.

It works on a phone

Rather more than half of you read this on a phone, so that is where the design started. Every page was checked at every common screen width, from a 320-pixel handset upwards, and the rate tables reflow into something you can actually read rather than something you have to pinch and drag.

If something looks wrong

Old links should still work — we kept the addresses of every page that existed before, and anything that moved now redirects. If you find something broken, a page that will not load or a number that looks wrong, please tell us on 0800 779 7907 or info@quickmortgages.com. We would genuinely rather hear about it.

Otherwise, have a look around. And if you are wondering whether your current deal is still the right one, that is what we are here for — the advice is free and there is no obligation either way.
